Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – SaaS / ERP

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support pipeline generation within a SaaS / ERP environment, working for a leading consulting organisation recognised as a market leader in its industry, with a broad portfolio of products and solutions.
This role is focused on building early-stage opportunities through structured prospecting, consultative engagement, and effective qualification of potential customers.
POLITE NOTICE: This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have prior experience in SaaS or ERP inside sales environments and demonstrate a proven ability to generate high-quality pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound and inbound prospecting activities
Deliver against weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs aligned to opportunity creation and revenue targets
Identify, engage, and nurture prospective customers across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, sales tools)
Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, business drivers, and buying personas
Apply consultative selling techniques to position relevant solutions and create interest
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to support demand generation campaigns and strategic account targeting
Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline within CRM systems
Represent the organisation professionally in all prospect and customer interactions
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in an SDR / BDR / Inside Sales role within a SaaS or ERP environment (mandatory)
Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation targets
Strong understanding of SaaS or ERP sales cycles and buyer personas
Experience with outbound prospecting and multi-channel engagement strategies
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high activity levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment
Desirable Skills
Dutch language skills (nice to have, not essential)
Experience using modern sales engagement and prospecting tools (e.g. Cognism, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Exposure to structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger)
Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales teams
Interest in technology trends, digital transformation, and enterprise software landscapes
